For 10+ years, much of it as a tech lead, I've worked on making engineering teams ship faster: build migrations, developer tooling, CLIs, and mentoring.
Now I build agent workflows. That means loops that take a ticket to a verified pull request, sandboxed harnesses, and durable orchestration. I also build small tools around coding agents: Pi extensions, Claude Code plugins, and overlays that show what my agents are doing.
